Refund/Return Policy
You may return most new, sealed, unopened, and unused items in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost). We will cover return shipping costs if the return results from our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Otherwise, return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. Refund requests outside the 14-day window may be rejected or offered as store credit.
Exceptions:
• Licenses are not eligible for return.
• All non-defective orders over $1,000 will incur additional fee equivalent to the credit card processing charge (2.5%-3%). Please ensure you are ordering the correct product or contact us at sales@jrsglcanada.com before proceeding with the order.
• Special order parts are not returnable without a special exemption.
If a provided return label finds the product is not defective, we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund. Please be honest about the reason for your return. All items are inspected for damage before shipping from our warehouse.
Items that are opened and no longer sealed (unpacked with all parts, accessories, and manuals may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the buyer's shipping expense and with a restocking fee of 10-35%, depending on the product and its resale ability. Items with missing parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, or damaged original boxes cannot be returned. No returns are accepted for items without original packaging. Ensure you purchase the correct item for your application.

All returned items must have an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender's expense. Expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
RMA Request:
If you need to return an item, please complete the form below, and we will respond promptly. Please include the MAC address or serial number if your device has one. Without this information, we cannot issue an RMA.
Refurbished Items:
For items received DOA or that fail within 14 days (excluding accidental damage), please contact us for an RMA and a return label will be provided. We will cover return shipping. For items that fail within one year of purchase (excluding accidental damage), return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Damaged/Lost in Transit:
Items damaged or lost in transit must be reported within 14 days of delivery to allow time for a courier claim. We will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the model is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
