Shipping Policy


At JRS Global Technologies, we are dedicated to delivering a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following guidelines to understand our shipping process and policies.


General Shipping Information

  • Holiday Season Delays: Shipping delays during the holiday season are common, ranging from 4 to 14 days, even for expedited shipping. For updates, please contact the respective courier directly (e.g., Canada Post, UPS).
  • Courier Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the courier, they assume responsibility for its safe delivery. In case of delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages, claims must be filed directly with the courier.

Shipping Carriers and Locations

  • Orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse at 785 Pacific Rd, Unit 3, Oakville, ON, L6L 6M3, Canada.
  • We primarily ship using Canada Post and UPS, but we may use Purolator or other carriers based on the warehouse and destination.
  • Typical delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping option and your location.

Order Processing

  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
  • No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • For urgent orders, please email us at operations@jrsgl.com to confirm stock availability and estimated delivery times.

Shipping to PO Boxes

  • Only Canada Post delivers to PO Boxes. If your order is directed to a PO Box, expect delays as shipments may need to be routed through a central hub before final delivery.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate ground shipping within major metropolitan areas in Canada:

  • $12 for Quebec/Ontario Metropolitan Areas
  • $14 for other Canadian metropolitan areas
  • Remote areas or oversized/overweight packages may incur additional fees.
  • Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted based on package weight, size, or destination. Customers will be notified if any changes are required.
  • Large items (e.g., displays over 50 inches) may require LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping or additional handling fees.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking numbers are emailed for all shipments. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and coordinating with couriers for missed deliveries.
  • High-value items require signature confirmation, and we cannot fulfill requests to leave packages unattended.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • JRS Global Technologies does not provide refunds for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless the issue is caused by our team.
  • For lost or stolen packages:
  • 1. File a claim with the courier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx).
  • 2. Notify your local law enforcement, if necessary.
  • Address verification and signature requirements help ensure safe delivery.

Order Pickup (Montreal Area)

  • Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (appointment required).
  • After placing your order, wait for confirmation of pickup time and location. Appointments must be confirmed to avoid delays.
  • Walk-ins are not permitted. Certain items may need to be transferred between warehouses, so please confirm availability before pickup.

United States Shipping

  • We ship to the United States using FedEx or Canada Post (partnered with USPS) for orders valued up to $800 CAD.
  • Shipping rates do not include brokerage fees, customs duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for these additional charges. For duty estimates, contact U.S. Customs Services.

Unclaimed Packages

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us or our distribution partners will incur:
  • A restocking fee covering the original and return shipping costs.
  • To avoid additional charges, ensure timely collection of your shipment or make alternate delivery arrangements with the courier.

Additional Notes

  • Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be delayed or canceled. To prevent processing delays, use matching billing and delivery details.
